His settlement conference is a joke. Worse, his recommendation is completely one-sided. If you happen to fall on the other side of the recommendation, fogetaboutit. Btw, did I mention about his temperament? It's like he's got a multiple personality. Very strange. Also I gave him a ten for his involvement in settlement discussions because he facilitates settlement by forcing a party to cave in, without any fact findings or reasons.
