THE ROBING ROOM

I have settled several cases with Judge Whalin as a mediator in employment cases. He listens well, is eager to help the parties reach a settlement on reasonable terms but does not try to force parties into settlement. This works well many times, but not always. If a party is taking an unreasonable position, I would prefer that he express it to them. I am not certain this occurs.
