Judge Maas doesn't let the law get in the way of making the ruling he wants. Routinely fails to follow precedent in favor of a decision he believes is the appropriate outcome.

Judge Maas ruled that he was too busy to look at a motion for default judgment after a defendant never answered the complaint; then, he said that all judges have total immunity, and a judge can manage assets that dont exist. Maas needs to be removed from the bench totally and immediately.
